All services are by appointment only. You can book directly online or reach out if you need help finding the right time. I’m typically booked out 4–6 weeks in advance, so pre-booking is highly encouraged.
Need a haircut but don’t have an appointment? Here are your options:
Life happens—but so do policies.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Anything inside that window may incur a $20 fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service amount.
If I can fill your spot, no charge—it’s about fairness, not penalties.
Clients who repeatedly cancel last-minute or no-show may be required to prepay for future appointments or may no longer be eligible to book
Running late? Shoot me a quick text.
If you’re more than 5 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your service to stay on track with the day
*Running late happens—but if we have to shorten the service or reschedule, the full booked service charge still applies.
To help keep the schedule flowing smoothly (and minimize last-minute shuffles), I kindly ask that you book your appointment for a time you’re confident you’ll be able to make.
I totally get that life—and meetings—can pop up unexpectedly, but frequent midday cancellations are making it tough to accommodate everyone fairly.

To keep things fair and chaos-free, clients may hold one appointment per service at a time.
Booking extra appointments as “backups” is not permitted. These hold spots that could be filled by someone else and make it harder to manage availability.

We all have moments—but frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows disrupt the flow and everyone’s time.
After two occurrences, a non-refundable booking fee equal to the cost of the service will be required to secure future appointments. This fee will be applied toward your balance at checkout.
If it keeps happening, we may pause booking privileges until things settle.
It’s not personal—just keeping the schedule running smoothly and respectfully.

I accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.
Your health and well-being are important — and so is everyone else’s! If you're feeling unwell, especially with symptoms like fever, cough, sore throat, or stomach issues, please reschedule your appointment.
There’s no fee for cancellations due to illness as long as you let me know as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to get you rescheduled quickly once you're feeling better.

I aim for flawless every time—but on the rare occasion something feels off, don’t hesitate to let me know within 7 days. I’m happy to fine-tune it. Redos are on the house; refunds, however, are not on the menu. Let’s keep things looking sharp.
